The almost 50 years old band goes on tour next year – they are set to perform in the new Puskás Arena next summer.
Yep, we know it’s unbelievable but Aerosmith will be 50 years old in 2020. So right after their Las Vegas residency, Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Brad Whitford, Tom Hamilton and Joey Kramer are coming to Europe for a surely mind-blowing tour.
Some even more awesome news for all of you, rock fans: they will also perform in Budapest! When and where? On 24 July 2020 in the new Puskás Arena.
Their tour doesn’t seem to be too long (after performing for more than one year in Las Vegas, it is totally understandable): the first concert will be in Milan on 13 June 2020 and the last one in Germany on 27 July 2020.
The band will come to Hungary after 26 years: the last time they performed here was in the last millenary, in 1994 – they rocked in the MTK Stadium then. One year before, they performed in Budapest Sports Hall.
Aerosmith sold more than 150 million records, received four Grammys and eight American Music Awards, six Billboard Music Awards and twelve MTV Music Awards. The band made fifteen studio albums, most of them won gold or platinum certification.
