You wash your face, get dressed, drink the first coffee and go to work – that’s probably how most people would describe an ordinary, boring morning. Or you can choose a morning party called Sunrise Budapest instead and „Dance, Energize, Be Healthy” right after the alarm clock rings.
A new movement is soon to wake up the capital city. The aim of „Sunrise. Dance, Energize, Be Healthy.” is to show people how much better it is to start the day off right with a high energy, aerobic, healthy dance party. Morning Gloryville and Daybreaker parties, that are just like Sunrise Budapest, are becoming more and more popular among health-conscious people in big cities all around the world. On 30 October, the morning party series start in Budapest, too.

The parties will be held at PRLMNT (Parlament), a new venue close to Nyugati Railway Station (Nyugati pályaudvar), with the motto „Art House & Entertainment”. This cultural junction of the city functions as theater, auditorium and performance hall on an international level and quality – it seems to be the perfect place to start your day.
These parties will be somewhat similar to the original ones at night; they will offer a positive environment, 4 hours of uplifting dance music, hopefully a crowded dance floor and a perfect opportunity to meet plenty of new people. On the other hand, morning parties will have neither alcohol, nor drugs but superfoods, a juice bar, tea, coffee, lots of water and a chance for yoga, Zumba or a massage before heading to work. It’s a perfect program for those who are fed up with gyms or boring workouts and want to find a new, healthy and fun way to stay fit.

Sunrise Budapest aims to attract a huge expact crowd and eventually bring up the whole spirit of early morning Budapest. After all, who ever said you can’t party before work? And who ever said partying can’t be healthy?
