The most anticipated concerts in the upcoming spring season will be undoubtedly Fritz Kalkbrenner’s musical performances in Budapest. The concerts will be organized on 16 and 17 April, in Akvárium Club, in the 5th district of Budapest.

Fritz Kalkbrenner is one of the best-selling artists on the electronic musical scene nowadays. Since 2002, the German House DJ and producer has worked as a culture and music journalist for TV stations including MDR, MTV and Deutsche Welle.

In 2008, he produced the soundtrack for the motion picture Berlin Calling with his brother, Paul Kalkbrenner. The track called Sky and Sand was his breakthrough in the music business. In 2010, he could finally release his first album called Here Today Gone Tomorrow. It was followed by Soul Mates and Sick Travellin’ with hit songs like Get A Life.

Fritz makes a much warmer music, than his brother Paul. His cold electro-beats are influenced by warm soul-sounds and his music is deeper with the use of low bass drums and tangos.
