Rock the Ballet: Unique dance show that makes your jar drop
Posted by Budnews · Apr 19, 2017

It’s almost nothing to do with ballet, but it’s hundred times better.

The idea of Rock the Ballet show is as simple as brilliant: world-class dancers are dancing to the biggest rock and pop hits before exciting video background. It’s basically a multimedia dance show that travels the world continuously. Rock the Ballet mixes classical ballet with new dance styles. All seven dancers were dancing at great classical companies at Broadway and in Hollywood productions, and they won the popular American TV show, "So you think you can dance". They believe that ballet should be as sexy and entertaining for a young audience as a pop concert.

“Bad” in their name, “Bad boys of Dance” doesn’t mean bad at all. Selected songs from international hit charts, charismatic dancers, breathtaking choreographies, great video shows and sexy costumes: Rock the ballet show is something you won’t forget. The concept owner and the head of the company is Rasta Tomas and his wife, Adrienne Canterna. Thomas is the leader of the team, his wife is a choreographer and they have been successful together for years.

Rock the Ballet will be presenting in Hungary in a short tour with the music of Rihanna, Queen, David Guetta, Beyoncé, Coldplay, U2, Michael Jackson and Prince in early May (Budapest on May 7). Don’t miss it!
