Hungarian bonbon among top chocolates in the world

Apple pie-inspired caramel bonbon won bronze medal at the International Chocolate Awards.

Bonbonier Chocolate Manufacture is a well-known Hungarian manufacture, and they are more and more popular abroad, as well. This summer, their salted caramel and peanut truffle already triumphed at the Great Taste Awards (the so-called ‘Oscars of Gastronomy’), and now they have dazzled the jury at the International Chocolate Awards with their new creation.

Their chocolatier, Nóra Erdélyi created an exquisite apple pie and caramel bonbon, which has won bronze medal at the International Chocolate Awards. The bonbons are filled with crème caramel that is made with cinnamon apple, and these yummy details are in perfect harmony with the crunchy dark chocolate cover.

In the last three years, the manufacture’s choco-creations have won 17 international awards, and we think that this is just the beginning for them.

If you would like to taste their amazing chocolates, you can do so at their shop in Király utca.
