Bariksa: the future of coffee
Posted by Mia Balogh · Nov 10, 2016

Let us present you Bariksa - a funny, fresh and eco-friendly concept that could make having a good coffee even better.

The conception of Bariksa was born in 2012. Since then, a team composed of dreamers, marketers, visionaries, designers, poets, vegans and developers has worked a lot to bring this idea to life.

But at first, let me explain shortly what Bariksa is. The concept aims at merging the most sustainable means of transportation - a bicycle, smart technology, clean energy, design and - of course - coffee. So it is eco-friendly, ran by solar power and well, concerning the design, this unique invention represents an evolution of the standard approach to café-bikes.

The Bariksas are round, fun, fresh, compact, unique and offer enhanced stability. You might have the feeling that you want to try how it works. Am I right? Well, at the moment, the team is at the fundraising stage: they have started an Indiegogo campaign where they are hoping to get the sum needed to build the first four Bariksas.

If they manage, you can meet these in the streets of Budapest and of course you can order special, cruelty-free coffee from them thanks to an application. After downloading the app, you would choose a sympathetic coffee and look at the map for the nearest Bariksa where you can get your orders and pay for it (bank cards and cash would be accepted, too).
