5 best places for a lemonade in Budapest
Posted by Mia Balogh · Jun 13, 2017

If you say ‘summer’, we say ‘lemonade’! So let us give you a short list about the places offering the best lemonade in town for the hottest season this year.

360 Bar

Super lemonade in addition to a great view? It is guaranteed, if you choose 360 Bar – our favourite rooftop bar on top of the sometime Párisi Áruház on Andrássy Avenue. So just come over after work, meet your loved one(s) or best friends here, and make the best snaps of summer for Facebook or Instagram – with a really good lemonade in your hand, of course.

Address: 6th district, Andrássy Av. 39.

Raqpart

It is undoubtedly one of our favourite summer venues in the city since its opening in 2014. We love those lazy afternoons when we can sit out here, and just watch the locals and tourist come and go… and – last, but not least – enjoy the view of the Chain Bridge, Buda Castle and Matthias Church. A lemonade and a selfie here is a must!

Address: you will find it at the Pest-side of the Chain Bridge

AHOY!

Would you like to drink your lemonade from a jar or from a bigger bucket with friends? It is possible in both venues of AHOY!, just like creating your own lemonade. You can decide if you want it to be made from water with gas or without gas, in which taste and with how much ice, and in a few minutes, you can enjoy your refreshing drink. Taste their sour cherry lemonade with a shot of sour cherry pálinka, it is something extraordinary!

Address: 5th district, Papnövelde Str. 3 and 6th district, Lázár Str. 3

Vintage Garden

You might have been to Vintage Garden already, or heard about the ‘cutest place in town’, right? Well, it definitely is the most girly venue to visit, and the one where you’ll find the most beautiful flowers, but they are also very strong in lemonades. Taste the strawberry- or the mint lemonade, you won’t be disappointed.

Address: 7th district, Dob Str. 21

A38

We all know A38 as a great concert venue, but it’s high time to look a little bit differently at our favourite ‘event boat’. Because they have a nice terrace, where you can enjoy the cool breeze and a cold, bubbly lemonade. It is extremely refreshing thanks to the high citrus fruit content, which is added generously to the beverages, for a quite friendly price.

Address: you will find it easily at the Buda side of Petőfi Bridge
