This nutritional plan offers solutions to several medical problems too, for example it helps to reduce the risk of heart diseases and type 2 diabetes, or to lose weight. It also may help you to sleep better and have more energy during the day, to improve mental clarity, to increase libido and to live a more active, healthier life.
This nutritional plan says that there are foods you should eat and others you shouldn’t consume. For example grass-produced meats, fish, seafood, eggs, nuts and seeds, fruits and vegetables, mushrooms are good for you but you should leave dairy, cereals, potatoes, refined sugar, processed foods, salt and refined vegetable oils.
Paleo diet also encourages you to eat 5-6 small meals a day so you won’t get hungry and won’t break your diet. And don’t forget the importance of regular sports or sporty activities, like long walks or hiking, because sports will help to keep you fit and healthy.
