The Golden Globe winning actress was shooting her TV-series ‘Homeland’ in Budapest recently, but of course she wanted to see the city, too.
Budapest is a fantastic city, loved by so many people in the world. No wonder that our amazing capital serves as shooting location for so many famous Hollywood movies, TV-series and, from time to time, it welcomes celebrities like Jennifer Lawrence, Antonio Banderas, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis.
Recently, it was Claire Danes who spent some time in Budapest, while shooting her TV-series ‘Homeland’ and she decided to know the city a little bit better. So she went to a restaurant and tasted some Hungarian food, for example sausages (a very good choice) and of course enjoyed some sightseeing. Not a walking tour in the ‘shoot selfies everywhere’ style, but a very sophisticated one, concentrated on the beauties of Budapest.
She posted her best snaps on Instagram soon. ‘We’re finishing the season up in Budapest. Meandered across the bridge - from Pest to Buda - to check out the Matyas Church. Swipe to join’ – she wrote.
