The region's best humorists come to Budapest for one night.
On 31st July Dumaszínház offers a real specialty: an English-language stand-up gala with Central European performers. Not only the members of the Hungarian company will step on the stage of Corvin Dumaszínház this night, but the best comedians from the surrounding countries also show their talent. This is a truly exciting opportunity to discover what is often referred to as the famous Central European humour. The host will be Dave Thompson, who has performed stand-up comedy in over 34 countries. He’s sold jokes to many famous comedians, and has written for TV in the UK, Germany, and United States. He appeared in four comedy feature films, numerous TV shows, and was the voice of Tinky Winky in ‘Teletubbies’. The complete list of performers:
