Special message from two Budapest hotels
Posted by Mia Balogh · Apr 2, 2020

Staff in both luxury hotels left the lights on in the rooms in a way that people in the city could see giant hearts on the buildings.

For the last couple of nights, InterContinental and then Marriott hotels’ windows were lit to form giant hearts on these buildings, Nepszava.hu writes.

These well-known luxury accommodations have a beautiful message with these hearts: they would like to say thank you to everyone – doctors, nurses, but also to shop assistants, truck drivers, etc. – who works and helps others during the coronavirus pandemic.

‘Sending a light of hope as a sign of our appreciation to all those out there helping in times of need. Thank you❣

#intercontinentalbudapest #ihg #lightofhope’ – we read on InterContinental’s Facebook page.
