Budapest Urban Games will be held again

The unique city sport day, BUG will be held for the fifth time, during which four sports can be tried out on August 29 in a special environment.

Undoubtedly, Budapest Urban Games is one of the most special sport events in the city, as you can try yourself in 4 different sports at the iconic points of Budapest. According to MTI, this year there will be opportunities to participate in swimming, running, yoga and street workouts, where new rules will ensure the safety of those who want to compete.

According to the announcement, each event will be led by sports experts, in addition to swimming across the Danube, those who interested can try running and yoga at the Citadel, and street workout in front of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. It will be possible to swim the Danube across between the Pest end of the Szabadság Bridge and the quay of the University.

Participation in the BUG is subject to registration, as last year the capital’s sports event attracted around 5,000 entrants, and this year the organizers expect even more participants. According to the announcement, it will soon be possible to register for the event on the website of Budapest Urban Games.
