According to a recent study from Airbnb data analytics company AirDNA.co, London is the most expensive city in the world to rent with Airbnb, with an average daily rate of 209 US dollars. It is closely followed by Dubai and resort city Cabo San Lucas in Mexico, which charge an average of 192 and 184 US dollars respectively. In the last one, real estate prices are really cheap. And with guests renting their houses or rooms, host are really making a fortune.
In Budapest, average daily prices are around 50 US dollars, so our capital came in as the seventh cheapest city in Europe. And some more interesting information: in Budapest, you can find almost 4800 accommodations via Airbnb – 599 of these are rooms, the rest are various apartments.
