Budapest among the destinations of a luxury worldwide tour
Posted by Mia Balogh · Aug 7, 2017

Budapest is on the destination list of a jaw-dropping luxury journey around the world, arriving here in September.

The Hungarian capital city is so beautiful and has so many faces. You can have an affordable holiday here by visiting for example Buda Castle, a couple of museums, ruin pubs and baths, but you can also discover the exquisite side of the city.

This is possible for example on a 24-day journey around the world, which has Budapest on its destination list, too. The voyage is organized by Four Seasons, and for those who have already booked it can be a fantastic experience to fly to several beautiful cities on a black Boeing 757 luxury aircraft.

In case you wonder, the 24-day journey costs 118 000 euros (approx. 36 million HUF). Not cheap but for this year, it is already booked. The journey starts in Seattle and will arrive to Budapest on 17 September.

For those who are so lucky to be here, Four Seasons offers several programs. According to their website, the travellers can:

-Soak in a historic thermal bath like Széchenyi or Gellért bath

-Meet with a top Hungarian art dealer, László Erdész in the charming town of Szentendre

-Dine on Fisherman’s Bastion

-Visit Matthias Church and wander through a medieval crypt.

All the travellers can follow their own personalized itinerary so the journey can be their own travel story - a fantastic experience instead of following a tour guide to places that aren’t on their bucket list (and aren’t even really interesting for them).

After spending some unforgettable days in Budapest, the tourists continue their journey to St. Petersburg on 20 September, and the voyage will end on 26 September by landing in Boston.

Would you like to book for a worldwide tour like this? You can do it for 2018: Budapest is on Four Seasons’ destination list for next year’s luxury worldwide tour, as well. ;)
