Nice to meet you Samantha! Let's get to know the newest salad bar of the city
Posted by Budnews · Sep 4, 2020

Healthy food, good wibes and a hint of girly fun. This is Samantha.

Buda side of the city is getting better and better: a new outdoor place opened, this time in the expanded Millenáris park. Health-conscious snacks, many programs, Hello Wood’s pink-painted wooden pavilion, white chairs, and sunbeds. But let's see itt from the beginnings.

There is only a few better place than Millenáris to create a healthy and cool bar: due to the nearby playgrounds, there are many mothers and fathers with small children who would happily rest a bit, and Buda residents are also hungry for seating, relaxing places in the area.

The newest place we're talking about is Samantha — like Samantha from Sex and the city. The place is very similar to this fictional character: sexy, cool, health-conscious, but she doesn’t despise evening entertainment either.

The profile of Samantha is diverse: there are three types of menus - breakfast (9-12: 00), lunch (12-15: 00) and dinner (17-23: 00) - and the offer is basically made up of light, healthy ingredients, it is based on hearty bowls, toasts, and wraps. For example the Moana Salmon Poke bowl that consist of marinated salmon accompanied by avocado, purple cabbage, edamame beans, and in honor of the Hawaiian national dish, it comes in a half-cut coconut.

As for the drinks: the range of drinks is also very wide, which can open new horizons in the evening. In addition to juices, they offer a unique collagen drink, which is for those who value fitness drinks and want to take extra care for their bodies.

If you're not an evening person, don't worry. They even have morning yoga, body art classes, and daytime chat programs for the next few weeks.
