Hungarian Tourism Agency launched its new international campaign about Budapest with the slogan „Spice of Europe”. They renewed the whole tourism brand: new Budapest logo, new website, new creative content and the image film all want to tell us one thing: the metaphoric spice and diversity of the city.
"Budapest is truly the spice of Europe, because guests can find all the classic, cosmopolitan, European values, the historical heritage, eclectic and elegant architecture, colorful cultural offerings, first class gastronomy, flourishing fashion and design scenes, and the atmosphere of the city is constantly stimulating the senses of travelers” – says the concept description.
In 2017, 12 million tourists visited our country, spending 30 million nights here, and with the new campaign the Hungarian Tourism Agency aimed to reach 50 million nights by 2030. The campaign is running in six countries: Germany, United Kingdom, United States, Spain, France and Italy, and the media platforms of some airlines (WizzAir, Lufthansa, British Airways, Iberia, Ryanair, American Airlines, United Airlines) also get important role. The Spice of Europe campaign video will continue with two more thematic short films in the autumn and winter about the culture and the winter season of the city.
