The Fans Strike Back – Star Wars expo opens soon in Bálna (Whale) Budapest – let us tell you in a few words why is it worth planning a visit in there.

For the Hungarian premier’s 40th anniversary, a unique Star Wars exhibition will open its gates in a couple of days in Bálna (Whale) Budapest. The Fans Strike Back – Star Wars expo will be available for visitors from 15 September to 31 December, and will offer an original collection with more than 600 pieces in an almost 1500 square metres area.

You will be able to experience some iconic space battles in the virtual reality room, try the Jedi training ring, and then you’ll have the chance to relax in a space bar for a short time. But we are sure that you’ll be on your way again very soon to have some more fun.

For example, to meet your favourite characters from the Star Wars movies - R2D2, C-3PO, Darth Vader, Yoda, Chewbacca and a lot more will have their life-size figures at the exhibition. Jabba, the hutt will be huge – in every sense of the word, because it will be a 5 metres long life-size model, too. But a four metres high Rancor, the Star Destroyer captain’s bridge, the Palpatine throne room and some original armours and weapons can also be seen at the exhibition.

Here’s a short preview about what to expect:
