Hans Zimmer's monumental concert tour is coming to Europe.

You've probably not familiar with the name of Hans Zimmer, but what if I say The lion king or the Pirates of the Caribbean? Hans Zimmer is Hollywood's most sought-after film composer, who has written music for more than 100 movies and is now heading to a European concert tour, in which Budapest will be an important stop in February.

Oscar, Grammy and Golden Globe winner Zimmer is undoubtedly one of the most well-known and influential film composers of our time. His unique music created a new era in Hollywood, and his large-format works have defined the dramatic sound world of movies for many years. Huge movie blockbuster successes are what the composer has already done: his most famous movies are The Lion King, The Dark Knight, Gladiator, The Da Vinci Code, Pirates of the Caribbean, Interstellar, Inception and the The Last Samurai.

The World of Hans Zimmer - A Symphonic Celebration Concert is an experience that helps the younger generation immerse themselves in the classical orchestral experience, while the elder age group can get familiar with a more modern music with a classic orchestral line-up. The audience will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the exciting "Hans Zimmer World" with all its aspects. Although Hans Zimmer won't be personally present, invited soloists and phenomenal friends will be responsible for an unforgettable concert experience.

The mega concert show in Budapest will be on February 17, 2020 at the Papp László Sportaréna. For tickets and more information, click here.
