After the outdoor pools and lidos, indoor pools also got the green light to reopen in Hungary.
The majority of beaches and lidos in Hungary already got the permission to reopen weeks ago but the indoor pools, saunas, and all the thematic elements were not allowed to welcome guests again.
But as Turizmus reported, from 18 June, all indoor swimming pools in the country can reopen since the state of emergency due to the coronavirus pandemic has come to an end in Hungary. So you can enjoy swimming in your favourite indoor pools again, just like a couple of minutes in the sauna or some relax in the Jacuzzi.
Although everyone is asked to wash hands and taking showers frequently, and also to keep the distance from others, especially in the indoor places – for example in the dressing rooms.
The baths are asked to pay attention for sanitising and ventilating the indoor areas frequently – some places will be sanitised in every half an hour –, and the management should also pay attention to their workers, more precisely, only healthy colleagues are allowed to work in the facilities.
