There is huge, 94,000 square meters big no-man’s land next to Westend City Center in the heart of the city. The big area has been abandoned for ages, but soon this will change. One of the biggest real estate developer, Gránit Pólus plans to develop Budapest’s and Central and Eastern Europe’s most valuable and most frequented area. The construction of the news city center will be the largest volume private real estate development in the region in the next years.

There will be offices, commercial units, apartments and a hotel in the new neighborhood, and it will satisfy every need. The project also features a huge park of approximately 2 acres, where services, hospitality and entertainment got main importance. The new city district will not only be the most attractive and valuable residential and workplace of Budapest, but also a new tourist attraction and destination for the capital. It is planned that laying the foundation stone may take place in the last quarter of 2018.
