Finally: Tesla comes to Hungary
Posted by Mia Balogh · Dec 28, 2020

Three job applications are already available and the description for one of those suggests that they have the intention to open a Tesla store in our capital, too.

After the installed Superchargers and the plan of opening some new repairing stations in Budapest, now it seems like those who thought that Tesla has much bigger plans in Budapest were right: an actual Tesla store might be opened in our capital in the future – Portfolio.hu writes.

On 17 December, the company has made three jobs available to apply on their official career site: they are looking for a Service Manager, a Senior Service Technician and a Service Technician in Budapest.

You can check out the details and even apply by uploading your English language CV here: https://www.tesla.com/en_EU/careers/search#/?region=3&country=42

By taking a look at these positions, we really feel that the responsibilities and requirements of their future Service Manager suggests that they are looking for someone who is reliable and who is able to do many different tasks – maybe even help in a store opening? ;)

We still don’t know the answer for this but one thing is certain: when it comes to purchasing a car, it would be more practical to do so directly from the manufacturer in Hungary rather than having to leave the country for it.
