Barcelona-based Montañez is the latest band inspired by the atmosphere and beauty of our capital. Their new song about Budapest is absolutely worth listening!
Budapest is adored not only by the tourists but by the artists, as well. The latest music band inspired by our capital is Barcelona-based Montañez – their new song sung in Catalan, subtitled in Spanish and in English contains a lot of references to the iconic landmarks of the city, such as the Margaret Bridge, Deák Ferenc tér, Parlament, Szimpla Kert (a ruin pub), the yellow trams and so on.
The song is part of the band’s latest album – Minsk · Praga · Budapest – which was presented in Barcelona on 7 March. “Through the trilogy, we move through three perspectives on love: Minsk is nostalgia, Prague is complexity and Budapest is passion” – We Love Budapest writes.
