Budapest’s biggest wine tasting event, VinCE Budapest Wine Show will be held this weekend for the fifth time. Here comes a short teaser about this weekend’s must-see program, that winelovers should not miss between February 28 - March 2.

The fifth VinCE Budapest Wine Show will surpass the previous ones in every aspect. This year, more than a hundred top international experts arrive in Budapest, Hotel Corinthia, from 28th February to 2nd March, and will be more than 1000 different wine from 160 exhibitors to taste. In addition, thirty masterclass and workshop programs will satisfy those who want to build their knowledge of the tasting.

The VinCE festival, as suggested by its name, focuses of wine (as vin) and exhibited in Central Europe (as CE), that’s how the name came from. The most of the 160 exhibitors are coming from Hungary and the neighboring countries but some winemakers from outside the region will also offer their bottles for tasting. In addition to wine, this event also highlight pálinka with the best distilleries presenting their products. During VinCE Budapest professionals and winelovers should not be afraid of tasting something of low quality, because only selected wineries can exhibit. The event also hosts further gourmet products such as cheese, olive oil and extraordinary sausages just to mention a few. Besides displaying an awesome cornucopia of wines, the exhibition also offers seated tastings – masterclasses – and interactive workshops where wine lovers may sip both wine and knowledge, while wineries receive up-to-date information and efficient assistance.

In the spirit of the weekend's Oscar Award guests can also taste the wines of international stars, including the Jolie-Pitt couple, Alonso and Sting. We can found some real specialties among the programs too, like André Hoinkis courses of coffee and wines in remote regions, renowned chefs’ competition, and the enthusiastic wine consumers can even bid on an auction.

In addition to the experts, VinCE is for everybody who appreciates high-quality wine and looks for excellence in all products, be it a pastry or mineral water. The visitors can sign in to thirty magnificent masterclass and workshop programs, like Champagne Masterclass, Interactive Wine Coupage in a Master Grade, The real Russian champagne in a French oenologist’s hand, or Burgundy Clive Coates Masterclass.

If you can not keep yourself away from VinCE this weekend after all these, you can purchase your Daily Tasting Ticket (10.000-12.000 Huf) for the chosen day, and buy masterclass and workshop tickets as well (2000-3000 Huf) online at http://vincebudapest.hu/, where you can check the schedule of programs and find further informations.
